Our mission here at RETRO COOL NERD is to bring you things we think are awesome, and need to be shared from all spectrum of the Nerd-verse. Featuring Batman (lot's of Batman), Superheroes, Cosplay, Animation, Voice Actors, Movies, Horror, Sci Fi, Comics, Convention Coverage, Toys, Prop Building, Disneyland and lots more. whatever we think is Retro, Cool, or Nerd!

Our leader: Jimmy Leszczynski has been blurring the line between comics and reality at SDCC every year since 1994, and was a nerd long before Lewis, Gilbert, and the Tri Lamdas made it cool.

In 2017, disguised as a mild mannered BleedingCool.com  reporter, Jimmy had the chance to cover the Big Enchilada -  SDCC, as well as WonderCon, SD Comicfest, and Comic Con Palm Springs. Rich Johnson was kind enough to give an old up and comer a chance so please give him some traffic and check out Bleeding Cool and Jimmy's adventures HERE

After having so many " You had to be there" moments this year at SDCC and other cons, Jimmy said "  How hard can this be?" and started his own Bat-Blog. This is his first time trying to document the madness, so be gentle. He can barely write much less launch a Blog!

Jimmy is a middle aged father of 2 that REFUSES to grow up, a lifelong Bat-Fan, and he thinks he's pretty funny. Trust me, just laugh. It will be easier for you.  Among other things he is @Sdbatman66 on Twitter if you can't get enough of him.
