Here is what our friends at the AV Club had to say:

"If you’re a longtime devotee of the horror genre and a particular fan of slasher films, you’ll find a small-scale whodunit packed with love for all the movies that came before it, and you’ll find that love is infectious."

Film Threat also had some thoughjts about the movie-

'Erik Bloomquist’s direction has never been leaner or meaner. The screenplay has a lot it wants to say and does so in a fun, murderous way lined with wicked humor. All the actors understood the assignment and successfully pull off their roles' -
